We didn't want to leave, this hotel is quaint and delightful!!!
The staff is efficient here, the services are excellent, and location is stunning so close to a cafe in town, the Lake District, the centre. It has restaurant for dinner, spent time there when it was hot outside.

The location of this hotel could not be any better, overlooking the beautiful Lake Windermere, it is an idyllic setting for a relaxing stay. We will definitely come back for a longer stay. A week would be lovely and allow you to explore the Lakes District at your leisure, as there is much to see and do and would suit water sports enthusiasts as well as the bush walkers!. The staff are very welcoming and look after their guests perfectly. This is definitely the place to stay if you want to 'spoil' yourself.

Just a beautiful hotel and staff were helpful and accommadating. We were there for my fiancee's 40th birthday and it was so good we're booking a night in the summer.

An excellent hotel, professional, attentive staff but also very friendly which created a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere where one felt to be 'away from it all' - the perfect escape to celebrate an intimate event. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The garden and surroundings were so beautiful we just wanted to stay forever!
It would have been lovely to have a swimming pool on site with beauty therapies - an ideal site as it is such a relaxing place.

Consider asking for a fan if your room gets too warm, as they may not be readily available.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay where the yummy Sunday dinner and tasty breakfast completely blew us away. The garden area offered a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring, and the kids had a blast playing board games. Just a heads-up, there was a bit of a mix-up with our room on arrival, but the staff handled it smoothly, so no worries overall! 😊
